Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $50 late cancel fee. This fee is waived once if rescheduled within the same week. No-shows are charged in full.

Arrival & Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals, however time will be deducted from your session to maintain scheduling for other clients. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late cannot be accommodated.

Before Your Visit
Arrive with clean skin, or Kat will cleanse your skin as the first step. Avoid exfoliating or using strong actives (retinol, AHA/BHA) for 48 hours before treatment. If you have had any recent procedures, Botox, or fillers, please let Kat know when booking. Sun exposure should be minimized for 24 hours before microneedling or chemical peel appointments.
Session durations vary by treatment. Standard facials range from 60–90 minutes. Microneedling sessions are typically 60–75 minutes including a consultation and recovery period. Lash lift, brow lamination, and enhancement services run 45–60 minutes. Kat will confirm your appointment duration during booking.
Mild redness and sensitivity for 24–48 hours is normal and expected after microneedling. Most clients return to normal activity the same day or the next morning. Kat will provide detailed aftercare instructions and a homecare protocol to support healing and maximize results.
Yes. Kat is experienced in treating all skin types including sensitive, reactive, and melanin-rich skin. Please note any active skin conditions, allergies, medications, or recent procedures in the notes when booking. This allows Kat to customize your protocol before you arrive and avoid any contraindications.
Peach & Fox is located at 767 Lexington Avenue, Suite 305, New York, NY 10065 — in Midtown East, Manhattan. The building is between 60th and 61st Street. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and look for Suite 305. The studio is accessible by N/W/R/Q train (Lexington Ave/59th St) and the 4/5/6 (59th St).

Microneedling for scar or texture concerns is often recommended every 4–6 weeks for a series of 3–6 sessions. Kat will provide a personalized maintenance schedule based on your skin's response and long-term goals.
